Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. How many accounts do you have with BOA? Are they all on the same account at the bank or separate ones? Once you have them connected a certain way they should stay like that. I'm just wondering did you previously deactivate one and the reconnect it? Generally when we do that it does default to quicken connect which would be a possibility here.
I would recommend to first save a backup. Once that's done I would go ahead and deactivate all of your BOA accounts. Once that's done Click on the + in the top left on the blue line and select Bank of America and click on options in the bottom left and it should have direct connect listed as an option. Go ahead with direct connect and continue signing in like normal. This should get us all of the accounts now on one connection method so that we're only have 1 type here.
