If you haven't rebooted Windows since you installed the latest software update, please do so now and then try Quicken again.
Still not working?
Let's try some "Troubleshooting 101" to ensure the Quicken software is installed and updated properly and that your data file is in good working order. Please perform all the steps in this document:Troubleshooting 101 - Fixing Software Installation and Data File Problems
If you haven't done so already, I'd say it's time to call Quicken Support on the phone and request help. Let them do a screen share session with you to review the situation on your computer, to determine the nature of the problem and to figure out how to fix it.

But when I open up the Paycheck I'm not seeing any split values\information. Are these older paycheck transactions? If so, I wouldn't try to change them. The information is still in the record, but for some reason, the paycheck wizard can't show them.If you have to make a change, try to create an adjustment transaction or delete and reenter the entire paycheck.

In addition, some of the splits, like my 401k deduction is posting twice in the account. Also I have my net pay deposited into 2 different accounts. The secondary account has a double posting, while the primary only has one transaction.
Quicken Kathryn said: Hi All,Apologies for the delayed reply--this is indeed a known issue with Quicken that is in the process of being fixed; the split category lines of paycheck wizard-created income reminders are being zeroed out when syncing with the cloud when the paycheck wizard includes a 401(k) entry. We're working on a fix for this issue, but we don't yet have an expected date of resolution.Hope this helps--
