Why do my downloaded transactions appear in multiple banking registers?

Question

After downloading transactions, they appear in not only the register they were downloaded to but in my other banking registers.  When i delete from the incorrect register, it deletes from the register they should be in.

They are being categorized as Transfers to the other account.  Check your renaming rules or memorized list.  What category should they be going to instead of the other account?
