Microsoft Start Button

When I downloaded Quicken last week (3/24/20) my Microsoft start button in the lower left of the screen on Windows 10 64-bit Pro stopped working. My windows logo button on my keyboard doesn't work either.
Any idea how to fix this?

Question: Have you rebooted / restarted the computer?
Did you use Task Manager to restart, Windows Explorer?
