Why can't I install the latest Mac update. I'm on 15.2 and cannot install 15.3 using their prompts

I click on update. It downloads; tells me to install. Then it repeats the process.

I think the easiest thing to try is to just delete the Quicken app from your top level Applications folder then go to your account page at quicken.com and download the current version and install. This will not affect any of your settings or data. Just be sure that if you have any third party "cleaning" utilities installed and they ask you if you want to delete related files, say NO.

Are you logged in as an admin account on your mac?

Yes. I have had no problem updating previous updates. By the way this is a Canadian version of Quicken for Mac
