Successfully downloaded transactions not appearing in the register - Amex

Hi

I just did an update online account for American express. The Connection Status window says "Last Connection Successful" and 47 new transactions downloaded (dated and timestamped a few minutes ago), but the transactions do not appear in my American Express register window.

Any suggestions on how i find those transactions?

(There were 46 new transactions downloaded from Citibank too - those DO appear in the Citibank register window)
