Successfully downloaded transactions not appearing in the register - Amex

I just did an update online account for American express. The Connection Status window says "Last Connection Successful" and 47 new transactions downloaded (dated and timestamped a few minutes ago), but the transactions do not appear in my American Express register window.
Any suggestions on how i find those transactions?
(There were 46 new transactions downloaded from Citibank too - those DO appear in the Citibank register window)

Are you connected with Quicken Connect or Direct Connect. I have seen inaccurate transaction download with Quicken Connect. If you are using QC, you should switch to Direct Connect as it is more reliable and free for Amex.Quicken Mac Subscription; Quicken Mac user since the early 90s5

Have you checked that no filters are active? Click the clear filters button.
