Using QMac2017 when reconciling, all amounts checked, 0 with green = shows but Done button is gray

:( Why is my "done" button still grey when all items are checked and I get a 0 with green equal sign?

    Hi, Catherine:

    That "Done" button doesn't change color on context (i.e., if you balance or not)-it should always be blue. The only time it is gray is when Reconcile isn't the active window such as when viewing the Help file.

    Are you stating that you are actively reconciling and it remains gray even after restarting the program? Does clicking on it yield any results?
