Security Price Not Updating Daily

I have an account with Principal Funds that I have connected to Quicken. Normally, when I do One Step Update, it will update the stock price based on the previous day.
However, lately when I do One Step Update, it has not been doing this, even if I manually click Update in the Investing tab. I have tried the "Rebuild Investing Lots" and repairing the "Investing Price History", but that doesn't work. The only way I can get it to update the price now is if I do a "Delete and Rebuild" of the Investing Price History. But this erases the historical prices as well.
Is there a way to fix this? Thanks.

Especially these days, with the stock market in turmoil, Mutual Fund quotes may be delayed a few extra hours before the brokerage posts them after market close. Have patience, wait a few extra hours until you download quotes, and don't panic if the numbers don't come in immediately. If they don't come in today, they'll come in tomorrow. If you must have closing prices quickly, check your brokerage's website.5

I should also add I did a Super Validate File and it found no errors.0
