Why is "page scaling" dimmed in the PRINT dialog?

AFAIK, the print function you selected, in conjunction with the printer driver for your printer make and model does not appear to support either "page scaling" or "fit to one page wide". Selecting a different printer or one of the Print-to-PDF programs may make a difference.

What version, edition level and release of Quicken are you using? Click Help / About Quicken (Mac: Quicken / About Quicken) to get this information.
What version of Windows or Mac OS are you using?

I use the Quicken for Windows subscription plan. I accept all updates provided.
I am using the latest version of Windows 10 64-bit.

The PRINT option I chose was the Quicken PDF driver but after I saved it I wanted to try again with the CANON inkjet I've had for many years. Still did not allow me to do FIT AGE. It use to do so.
About the only time I use the PRINT function is when compiling my annual tax reports for the accountants. Last year it worked.
