backing up single account only to a thumb drive

I have a business account set up along with two additional personal accounts. Am I able to back up my business account only to a thumb drive without it backing up my two personal accounts also?

What is your thinking - or why do you want to do this ?
You can't backup a single account.... so expand on what you are trying to do -
