Activation Number

I upgraded today. When I try to login, it is prompting me for an activation number. I say activation number is in e-mail but it is not. How do I get activation number.

If you purchase a subscription from a retailer, you should have obtained an activation code.
If you purchased a subscription from Quicken, you do not need an activation code as the subscription is immediately activated for the Quicken ID used. If you're being prompted to provide an activation code, I suggest you reset the
Quicken ID
associated with the data file:

Hi
@sjtcpa00
,
You downloaded the wrong installer.
Use this procedure:
https://community.quicken.com/discussion/7844658/installing-reinstalling-windows-quicken-subscription-editions
Just remember that in order for QCleanUi to work correctly, both files must resided in its own folder, without any other files.
Please don't skip a step and report back.
