Am I remembering Quickfill correctly?
As I recall, when you checked the box in the Quickfill box that showed up when you changed a category, it would immediately change all the entries. Example: I change a category from A to B and hit enter. Then I see all the entries that have A change to B. It doesn't do that now. If I have 12 entries for A, I have to go through & change each entry to B. I swear I saw it change the remaining 11 entries to the new B, but it doesn't do it now. I remember thinking what an improvement over Q2007. have V5.15.3 for Quicken and MacOS Catalina V10.15.3.

That could be it. However, when I changed a Payee's name, no other changes happened. Thanks for getting back to me so quickly!0

When you change a payee name, you have to check the box in the blue popup to get it to change everywhere. I believe that checkbox defaults to unchecked each time it appears.
