I have a corrupt entry that keeps showing up in my AMEX credit card account.

Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. When it won't let you delete it does it bring up an error message? Also it sounds like there are multiple transactions now that are showing up?
In order to delete those transactions that aren't letting you can you hold the CTRL on your keyboard and try deleting the transaction. This should give an extra prompt in order to delete it. If that doesn't work try CTRL + Shift as well to see if that will force delete it.Let us know how it goes!
