Having trouble with American Express downloads via Quicken

Has anyone else had trouble connecting to American Express for updates. I have gotten one partial and that is it. I recently converted over from Windows / Parallels which worked to the full Mac version, which I actually like. But this seems to be a problem. Any thoughts?

Are you connecting to Amex with Quicken Connect (check in the account settings)? If so, change it over to Direct Connect. Works much better and free for Amex. See this:
