Having trouble with American Express downloads via Quicken

Has anyone else had trouble connecting to American Express for updates. I have gotten one partial and that is it. I recently converted over from Windows / Parallels which worked to the full Mac version, which I actually like. But this seems to be a problem. Any thoughts?
