When I try to update an account I get "website has a new page or pop-up window." Not so.

Hello, thank you for reaching out on the Community! Though there may not be a pop-up directly on the webpage of your financial institution, there could be a message in the inbox within your account. Check there, if you are able, and please let me know if there was a message that you were able to clear, and if you are now able to update your account in Quicken.
