Lost 2 years of transactions

Installed a new battery and installed the new update. I e lost 2 years of transactions. Can anyone help!

Assuming that you have opened the correct Quicken data file with the latest transactions and not an old copy ...
Filtered register? Unexpected register sort order? "Missing" data?
