I need help to make the Program work as it should.
The program does not show the same as my bank info. :)

From your brief description of your concern, it seems you don't yet have your Account Register reconciled to your online bank balance. (If this is not correct, please do post additional information so that we might be better able to help you. US or CAN? Starter/Deluxe or Premier? What year/version/build of Quicken are you running? Do you get any error messages? If so, exactly what does the error message say?)
From your brief description, it seems as though your is not yet reconciled. Please start here for a help reconciling your account for Mac.
Please be aware, there can be situations where the bank balance will show pending or not-yet-cleared transactions on the bank website. Quicken is designed to download only cleared transactions; this could account for a difference between what you have in Quicken and what shows on the bank website. Also, have your downloaded the most recent transactions? Let's just check that too.
Please start with reconciling your account in Quicken, and then if need be, post additional details here and/or you are always welcome to contact support directly.5
