Unable to change connect type from WebConnect to Direct Connect

I have been struggling for months on/off to get my transactions to download. Sometimes it works and sometimes not. I would like to change all my connection settings from Webconnect to Direct Connect.

You can only change the connection type if the FI supports Direct Connect.Quicken Subscription HBRP - Windows 105

To see if direct connect is available, right click the account in the account bar and choose edit/delete account. Then click the online services tab. If there is an option there to improve your connection to direct connect, take it. (BTW, some FIs may charge for direct connect)
