Ctrl+J Not Working

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
I just "upgraded" to the subscription version and Ctrl-J isn't working from a credit card register to bring up the Bill Reminder window. I've tried all the different fields in the register. I've tried with the Bill Reminder window minimized as well as closed, doesn't work either place.

After restarting Quicken not happening anymore.0

This was a bug in older Q versions but I thought it had been fixed a while ago. Keep an eye out for it happening again in the subscription version.
Quicken user since version 2 for DOS, now using QWin Biz & Personal Subscription (US) on Win10 Pro.

It's the most current subscription version. 2020 - R25.21.0
