Some downloaded transactions not matching and find check no longer working

I noticed recently that some transactions aren't matching to the register. Of course check numbers still don't download from Capital One but they had miraculously been matching up.

I went online to Capital One to see which check had cleared and searched for the check number in my register. Nothing found. I went to the date the check was written and it is there. Using the search box in the upper right on top of the register works.

I ran a validate and super validate to no avail.
