Quicken not uploading transactions from BB&T bank

When I do my daily update it says I have cleared transactions from my bank they don't upload into Quicken. I'm not getting any errors, the transactions just are loading into Quicken.

There is an Alert posted affecting many FIs that you might want to read:

If you want to be kept updated on developments, bookmark the Article (click on the star to the right of the title).
This issue is causing many different issues, such as various error codes/messages as well as no error messages but simply not updating accounts. It looks like we need to be patient for a while until the cause goes away.
