Why aren't my upcoming scheduled transactions not showing in my account register?

I'm running Quicken for Mac 2020, (15.5.3) and my scheduled transactions are no longer showing up in my account register. Furthermore, on my home page, I can see the scheduled transactions but can't click through to do anything with them.

With the account selected in the sidebar, open the account settings (menu Accounts > Settings). There you will see an option to set how many scheduled transactions appear in the register.Quicken Mac Subscription; Quicken Mac user since the early 90s1
