How can I stop message saying I need to accept transactions when all have been accepted?

For one of my credit card accounts, I keep getting a message that "there are downloaded transactions that must be accepted into the account register or transaction list", but there are not any unaccepted transactions.

    If you haven't rebooted Windows since you installed the latest software update, please do so now and then try Quicken again.
