Portfolio X-Ray still not working - Fails to Display and/or Update?

This feature is still not working correctly, while the error msg regarding "Login" is no longer presented the feature displays a blank screen.

    The X-Ray started working again for me several days ago.

    For me today, 4/17/2020 at 3 PM EDT it worked but there was a delay of about 30 seconds before it displayed. Subsequent refreshes seem a little faster.
