Hi @""Dwight Mitchell" ,
To install on another computer, follow this procedure: https://community.quicken.com/discussion/7844658/installing-reinstalling-windows-quicken-subscription-editions
You are not uninstalling, so just follow the portion to download from your Quicken Account.

thecreator,
Thanks for the info but it will be a "new" installation on a "new" computer. Going from Win 7 to Win 10. The old computer will be going bye bye. All my files (*.QDF) are backed up to an external HD.0 -
Hi @""Dwight Mitchell" ,From the New Computer, log into your Quicken Account and download the Quicken Installer for Windows. Activation is NOT required."Use your Browser of choice.
Create a New Folder on the Desktop or Create a new Briefcase Folder on the Desktop and rename the Folder, New Briefcase, which can be done in Windows 10, too.
Once you have done that, start your Browser and change the location of the downloads to the New Briefcase. Saves you the trouble of having to tell where to Save the Downloads to and makes the downloads, easier to find, right on the Desktop..
If you have purchased Quicken from another Retailer and have successfully, activated the program, you can download from your My Account at Quicken.com.
If you purchased from Quicken.com, browse to https://www.quicken.com/. Once the Website loads, hover your Mouse over Sign In and then click My Account.
On the Next page, fill in your Quicken User ID and password and click Sign In.
Once you are signed into your Quicken User ID, scroll down until you see DOWNLOAD QUICKEN on the left side. Now on the right-side, click Download for Windows.
Once it is finished downloading, click to Close the Browser, when done using the Browser.."

Similar to Dwight Mitchell...old Windows 7 laptop is leaving. Installed Quicken 2019 on brand new laptop with Windows 10. Quicken download appears but I can't open it. Instead I get a window that tells me this mode of Windows only runs verified apps from the Store.0

You need to convert your computer from Windows 10S to Windows 10 Home.

Thank you. That's what I thought but I needed reassuring before I made the change. I'll try it.0

I too am doing the same thing...getting rid of Windows 7 PC and have a new Windows 10 laptop. I have Dropbox on the old PC from quite a while back when Quicken first offered it as a perk. On the new laptop, I downloaded Dropbox and chose the Basic plan. I can't get them to sync...my Quicken backup is not showing in the cloud! The PC has a totally different look to Dropbox than the new laptop. Is it because the plans are different and the one on the PC is a couple of years old? Thanks in advance for assistance!0

Hi @gtyyup ,
First of all, you will need to download the installer from your Quicken.com My Account. See this procedure: https://community.quicken.com/discussion/7844658/installing-reinstalling-windows-quicken-subscription-editions
For Dropbox, you need to use the same Email Address and password.
