Snyc does not work when using One Step Update

Sync is set up to update the Cloud when doing One Step Update but it doesn't work. I need to manually go in and click on the Sync Now button to get it to work. When I do it manually it works fine.

When I do a One Step Update the Summary indicates that the Cloud Sync was Successful. But when I go into the Mobile Web the last sync was the one I did yesterday.
If I click on Sync Now it runs just fine.
Is there a way to Sync to Mobile Web via the PC Version automatically thru Scheduled One Step Update?0 -
