Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. Have you taken a look at the article here for assistance with the mobile app? It has a section here with troubleshooting steps syncing the mobile and web to your computer.
Another thing to note is you might need to update once you're done using the mobile app by using the sync button again.
