Santander Bank Download Problem

Is anyone else having problems updating Santander Bank Checking & Saving accounts? I have confirmed my passwords and reconfirmed their site is working via their website. I am not sure if this is due to the COVID mess or something is wrong with my connection. My last downloaded transaction was 4/16/20. Thanks in advance.
