Unable to schedule a stream of payments using Quicken Bill Manager

I have setup a stream of Bill Payments through Quicken Bill Manager, and all of the transactions stay frozen forever.

If I highlight one, and do a Pay Now, nothing happens.

I am running Quicken Premier 2020, 5.15.3.

The individual bill payments work with Quicken Bill Manager, for the here and now payments, today, but nothing into the future.

    If you haven't already, I recommend reviewing the information available here.

    At this time future-dated scheduled payments is not available in Quicken Bill Manager, however this is the number one requested feature and our Teams are already working to add this functionality.

    We anticipate scheduled payments to be available by the end of Summer 2020.

    Thank you Sarah. I find the most up to date information here on Quicken Communite. Quicken tech support does not seem to have this knowledge, and is unfortunate.
