I am having a similar problem. When I run the "Itemized Categories" report with custom criteria, I get he correct "Income" reported by category. When I run the EXACT SAME selection criteria for a Report I wanted to save and name, or for Profit and Loss Report, only one of the Income categories shows up and the expense categories don't show up. I have tried everything - cleaned up by Catgory List, etc. , reviewed all the Tax LIne Item designations, etc., and am completely baffled.
