I'm using QM2020, and I need to schedule my SS income payment for the fourth Wednesday of each month. Monthly only allows me to choose the day of the month. Weekly allows me to schedule every N weeks, not the Nth week of each month. Some have said this is easily done, but none has posted an image or a video. Written instructions that say "click on the 3 and change it to ..." is meaningless, as there is NO 3 or to be found. Please help!

This is easily done in QW2020. I select Weekly and then choose the 4th week. This option is missing in QM2020, or it's well hidden.
