Oops something went wrong login error [edited]

See attachment below for screen shot of error message when I try to set up an account. I have a product but cannot access it because I am blocked at this point. I have tried changing everything without success.

    Hello @DMathieu

     

    Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue.Due to this being while trying to sign up on the website,  I recommend contacting Quicken Support via chat or phone to see if we're able to find out why we're getting that specific error. There's not much troubleshooting to be done since it seems like something is preventing it from going through on the back end. I'll post our hours down below as well.

    Quicken Phone Support Current Hours of Operation:

    Monday through Friday

    5:00 am to 5:00 pm PDT

     

    Quicken Chat Support Current Hours of Operation:

    Monday through Sunday

    5:00 am to 5:00pm PDT
