Delete old options

I have traded hundreds of options over the years, and now they are hopelessly cloging my securities list. The delete option is grayed out, but I can check a "hide" box. All these options have expired. Should I just hide them?

I've traded thousands of contracts (not trying to one up you but it's factual) and I just hide them when they expire.  To date this has not caused an issue for me.
