I use direct connect to wells fargo update with no errors but balances are WAY WAY off.
I have been using for years but now may data is useless.
wells fargo checking balance $1,257.87
quicken widows checking bal $-686.91

Do you have some recent backup files that you can restore? Maybe one of them will not have the problems you are seeing.

Mike Moretti - At the bottom of the register there should be 3 different balances shown. Please clarify what you are seeing for each of these.Also, where did you get your WF balance from? Your WF online account or from Quicken?

WF balance from login to WF acct which I believe 100% is the correct current balance. I also accounted for any/all "pending transactions"

On line bal, end bal = displays. Current balance = ? because no transactions today. However, all balances shown in left pane are wrong and setting is set to "current Balance"
Something went very wrong some time this month that blew everything up. Windows and quicken on the web are toast. PS: windows on the web keeps updating endlessly also. (circular arrow runs forever and never finishes)0 -
