reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. It sounds like you're trying to create your budget and also run a report for it. There's a couple of articles that should help here with creating and adjusting the budget
If you want to create a report so that you're able to see it for a year/multiple years in the top right click on budget actions and hover over budget reports. From here it will pop up with a report will all your budget categories and you'll be able to adjust your date in the top left of the report.
