I am paying for this software and I can't even get into my accounts. When I bring up accounts the screen is blank. I'm frustrated that I am paying for a service I can't even use. This happened with the latest update and yes I restarted my computer. I have a saved file on my computer with all of my accounts and the entries, but when I click on it, it won't open.

Let's start at the beginning.
What Q product are you running and what BUILD of that product? Do HELP, About Quicken for this info. AND, if it's present, what's your "Valid Thru" date?
Next, HOW are you "bring(ing) up accounts? Step-by-step, please
Q, when started, should automatically open the last file that you used ... UNLESS you're holding down the CTRL key while Q is starting. So what type of icon are you clicking on to "open". Right click the Icon and then left click Properties to determine if it's a "Type of File" or an "Application".
