How much RAM do you have assigned to Parallels?IMHO, Windows 10 + Q 2020 should have a minimum of 8 GB RAM to operate in or things will turn to molasses due to excessive page I/O on your Windows C:-drive.
If you haven't rebooted Windows since you installed the latest software update, please do so now and then try Quicken again.

Let's start with some "Troubleshooting 101" to ensure the Quicken software is installed and updated properly and that your data file is in good working order.

That seemed to do it, but only after a total computer reboot, not just rebooting Windows. Thanks!!0
