My Quicken Deluxe goes into endless loop after performing One Step Update

I just updated to Windows 10 on Parallels, and updated from Quicken 2007 to Quicken Deluxe subscription. My program goes into a continuous loop after finishing Ones Step Update. It switches between the Update Summary and the Quicken screen until I finally have to use Task Manager to close it. Also, the program is running REALLY slow!

How much RAM do you have assigned to Parallels?

IMHO, Windows 10 + Q 2020 should have a minimum of 8 GB RAM to operate in or things will turn to molasses due to excessive page I/O on your Windows C:-drive.

If you haven't rebooted Windows since you installed the latest software update, please do so now and then try Quicken again.

That seemed to do it, but only after a total computer reboot, not just rebooting Windows. Thanks!!
