How to revert back to Quicken Bill Payment from new Bill Pay Manager

Quicken Mac Subscription Member ✭✭✭
I reverted back to Quicken Bill Pay, after encountering issues with the new Quick Pay bill payament. Unfortunately, it does not recognize that I made the switch back, and is telling me that I have used up all 6 payments for the month.
How can I switch back, and get the 15 Quicken Bill payment transactions?
I am using Quicken Mac subscription.

Thank you for taking the time to bring this issue to the attention of the Community, although I apologize that you have not yet received a response.
What version/release of Quicken are you using? You can find that under Help>About Quicken.
Please also navigate to the Payment Account used for Quicken Bill Pay, and then go to Accounts>Settings. You will then want to select the "Bill Pay" tab to determine if the account is enabled for the Quicken Bill Pay service.
If you see the ability to enable Quicken Bill Pay, as shown here, please go ahead and attempt to do so by clicking "Sign in Now...":
