New Windows Membership left a 7-month gap in the middle of the register
After 1-step update, there is a 7-month gap in the middle of the Citicard register and all the missing transactions went into a new account that was automatically created.
The new acct has the same name as the original, except it is followed by the number 2. Restore from backup? Merge the bogus account into the real one? Reinstall? Phone support?

Hello @Steve Naz
Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. It sounds like you haven't used quicken in a while. Normally when quicken downloads transactions it will download anything it can find within the last 3 months. This is likely where our 7 month gap is from. One thing that you can do is on the banks website you're generally able to download older transactions into a format that will import into quicken (QFX).
I would also recommend if you want to get everything all in 1 account it would be easier to contact quicken support and have someone guide you through the process of doing so. I will also list our hours down below.
Please let us know if this helps resolve the issue for you.
Thanks,
Quicken Francisco
