Reconcile problem with all transactions greyed out

Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. Do you download transactions or put them in manually? Normally grayed out transactions are previously reconciled ones but you likely do have some that are ready for reconciling. I would recommend taking a look at this article here to see if we're able to get the reconcile to show up correctly.
If you're still unable to reconcile could you take a screenshot of one of your account registers so we're able to see what could be causing them to be grayed out.
