lost tag selection option

Quicken Windows 2016 Member ✭✭
I've been using Quicken for years and upgraded to Quicken 2016 Deluxe when it came out and started using tags on my checks split screen. Just a few days ago that tag option disappeared. I've looked in preferences but can not find it, but my tag list still shows on main screen. How can I get it back?

If you are not able to open the account register, I suspect you may have a corrupt data file. I suggest you restore a good recent backup. Open the register, press Ctrl + Shift + N, select Register columns..., check Tag, and select Done.0
