I delete the Quickfill rules. Go back to register try to make changes to the payee and it automatically create a Quickfill rule and I am back to trying to rename records for the 2nd or 3rd time.
Example: Online transfer fr Check to Bills change to Online transfer fr Check to Travel and all the Online transfer fr check to bills transactions in the register to Online transfer to Travel.
Someone Please help me

I suspect you are renaming payees from downloaded transactions.
Make sure when you rename them, you do not have the option to rename existing transactions checked. I suspect your bank is using a generic downloaded payee for transfers, and when you rename all, it changes everything in your file. This is how all you transfers are getting screwed up.
This will still create a QF rule, but make sure the option to use this as a default rule is also not checked.
This should prevent downloaded transactions from using that renaming. If your bank is using a generic payee, you will have to rename each unique one.5
