Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. That is quite odd. One thing we could try is deactivating and reactivating the account so we can see if the ones already downloaded match.
I would recommend saving a backup first so that we have something easy to go back to just in case. Next follow the articles here to deactivate and reactivate the accounts so we can see if we're able to get the transactions to match up properly.
