Chase won't sync in one-step update. Chase won't answer telephone due to Covid-19 banking issues. Receiving OL-301-A error with USAA and Chase accounts. USAA resolved. Tried to update financial branding and profile for Chase but that didn't resolve the issue.0

Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I believe you've tried troubleshooting steps previously for the 301 article. If you wouldn't mind I'd like to see if we're able to get connectivity on a different file.
In the top left click in file -> New. You can name the new file "test" and continue onward. Choose to turn mobile off when it does pop up. Once done it'll ask you connect an account and you'll choose chase. We do want to make sure that it's set up for direct connect like you had it previously. You'll want to click on advanced setup in the bottom left of the screen.
On the next prompt you can click next in the bottom right and then it'll bring up the connection method screen. Select direct connect and click next again. From here sign in and see if we're able to download transactions in the file.
