Do we have access to the 3rd party who issues the checks as we did with Quicken bill Pay?

If you prefer to speak with a U.S. based support agent, simply callĀ
Quicken Support
and you can request to either be transferred or have a callback scheduled to speak to a U.S. support agent once one becomes available or for a time that would work best for you.
As for your 2nd question, Quicken Bill Manager calls are now handled by our Quicken Support team directly.
