How do you reach a person to talk to from the USA
Do we have access to the 3rd party who issues the checks as we did with Quicken bill Pay?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community with your question.
If you prefer to speak with a U.S. based support agent, simply call Quicken Support and you can request to either be transferred or have a callback scheduled to speak to a U.S. support agent once one becomes available or for a time that would work best for you.
As for your 2nd question, Quicken Bill Manager calls are now handled by our Quicken Support team directly.
