How do I link new number to the old one to download?

I lost my credit card so now have new number. How do I continue to download/link the new account to the old account to keep the previous number account's info?

Sometimes it just happens; the new number downloads into the existing account.  If not, deactivate the account from online services, delete the credit card number from account details and then activate the account.  During the process of activation you should LINK the account found to your existing account in Quicken.
