I recently changed my mortgage payment to semi monthly. Now if I use the what if tool it shows virtually no impact on the payment even if I try something like an extra 1000.00 twice per month. Tool worked when payment was once a month?

yes, I have used the tool alot. First time I have had an issue. Don't see an option to upload image so I'm not sure how you did that. I'll try copy pasting mine.

In the graph you provided, the $1000 appears as if it is a one-time payment. I'm not able to reproduce the issue.

Hmmm well the twice per month button is def selected. I'll report it to quicken as it seems its an issue with my application. Thanks for the replies.
