Capital one is still getting error to download into Quicken for Mac- Partial download 351

Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. How long have you been having this issue? It sounds like quite a while but im unsure how long. You also do reference the support article listed here in regards to reauthorizing the accounts. I do have another question. Have you tried deactivating and reactivating your capital one accounts yet? If not I would actually recommend trying that to see if we're able to get some connection back with them. I'll link articles down below for you to do so if you haven't previously.
