I already have an account and Quicken for Mac. Now I want to use Quicken for Windows on my laptop. Must I pay for another quicken account?

If you are using the current subscription product you can use both the Mac and Windows versions.  Just keep in mind that the data files are not interchangeable.  They are totally different formats.
