Unable to create a Quicken account

I just purchased Quicken premier (40% discount was too good to pass up), but now I'm unable to create a Quicken account. When I try to create an account, I keep getting the error "Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again, and if it still doesn't work, let us know."

Can someone at Quicken confirm if this is related to a server being down, etc.? Is it a browser issue on my end?
